The service

Misa is a meal planner with recipes, weekly plans, shopping lists, nutrition information and a food diary. It is provided by Franciszek Tomczyk, ul. Jaśminowa 6/11, 05-827 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland (hello@misameals.com). By using Misa you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

Free and paid features

Misa is free to use. Features marked “Misa Plus · beta” are free during the beta. Misa Plus is not for sale yet. Before you can buy it, we will show the price, the billing period and how to cancel, and you will confirm them at checkout.

Your account

An account is optional and only adds a cloud backup and reviews. Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Health, nutrition and allergens

Recipes and content from others

Many recipes come from other sources and are credited on each recipe: Wikibooks (CC BY-SA 4.0) and Based Cooking (public domain). Recipes you import from a link are saved for your personal use with a link to the original. Don’t use Misa to republish other people’s recipes, photos or text without permission. If you believe content in Misa infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Misa: no attempts to break or overload the service, to access other people’s data, or to scrape it automatically. Reviews must be honest and must not contain illegal, offensive or personal information.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Misa running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features. We will announce important changes to these terms in the app before they apply.

Liability

Misa is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on recipes, estimates or warnings in Misa. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
